Venez découvrir une cuisine française de terroir, proche de Verdun, faîte maison et à partir de produits frais et de saison. Notre chef, Cédric, travaille ses menus tous les jours pour les menus quotidiens, afin de s’adapter au mieux à la saison.
The cuisine at Sommedieue is very often based on game and mushrooms that we pick (ceps, Meuse truffles, chanterelles, trumpets of death, avriots, etc.), combined with Rudy's know-how, which is one of the great strengths of the estate!

Seminar host
The Domaine is fully equipped and open to seminars. We have a room specially dedicated to meetings, with a video projector and large whiteboard.
You can even choose from a range of breakfast options, including chocolate bread, croissants, orange juice and coffee in the morning.
Seminar room rental is free of charge.
