The Domaine's ponds and streams are either fed by spings located on the Domaine or by the clean, pure DIEUE river.
The constant temperatures as well as the steady flow and fresh spring water provide excellent fishing throughout the year, whatever weather patterns are founds: summer heat, sub-zero conditions or heavy rainfall. If other fisheries are closed due to floods and chocolate brown waters, the Domaine remains open because its waters stay clear and fishable.
During the hot summer of 2003, water temperatures remained between 12° C (upstream) and 17°C (lower pond)

Water pure support the development of a great diversity of insectes watery, more than thirty two species of caddis-bait (trichoptéres) was identified, but also, éphéméres, chironomists, dragonflies.
The abundant shrimp (Gammarus sp)constitutuent the principal base of the food of trouts
